Q: What are your shipping fees?
A: There is a flat rate shipping charges of $10.00 for ground service within Canada, and flat rate of $15.00 for ground service in Continental USA.

Q: Does PINKSTIX offer international shipping?
A: We currently do not ship outside Canada & Continental USA, however, you can email us at ishop@pinkstix.com with your address and we can find out the shipping rate for you.

Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
A: If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us at ishop@pinkstix.com as soon as possible. We cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
